While our high-temperature extraction and specialized pre-treatments remove over 90-95% of common household stains and organic odors, some permanent discoloration (like bleach marks, old dye transfer, or acid burns) cannot be completely undone. During our initial walkthrough, we will inspect problem spots, identify the stain type, and give you an honest expectation before we start.

We ask that you clear away small items like toys, shoes, breakables, and light accent tables. Our technicians can clean around larger pieces (like sofas, beds, and heavy dressers). If you need specific large furniture moved to clean underneath, just let us know when booking so we can allocate extra time and team members for your appointment!
